The shop is clean and the employees are nice. However, the problem is inconsistency. One trip is a 5-star sandwich, soft bread and fresh meat, and they don't skimp you with 1 slice. Other trips it's a 1-Star, you get stale bread, older meat and a slice of meat. Today's Roast beef was brown and had an off flavor, on good days it's slightly pink and tastes way better. I like having th Port of Subs out here, but the inconsistencies of quality is frustrating.

Red Rock Port Of Subs is the cleanest Port of Subs we have ever been in. Wife will only eat at this one. Great Job
