Food is great. Manager never smiles or says hi
I was going to let the fact that the same gloves touched several fridge handles, the oven handle, the register screen, the soda machine screen and then went straight back into the food slide. But they didn’t get a single topping on either of the two sandwiches I ordered online correct. Have always loved this place but they need to be better these days.
Sadly disappointed. We are out-of-towners who consider a trip to Bend incomplete if we don't get Port-of-Subs but twice now, we have walked out without ordering. On 1/2/2026 at lunch we were the third customers back in the line. I watched the cashier move from her register over to the lettuce section and start adding veggies. I hadn't seen her change her gloves so I told my husband that I was going to watch to see if it happened with the next customer.
