I had a last minute platter order and they knocked it out for me!!!
What a great place to eat at! Mike the manager made the perfect sandwich, he is very experienced in customer service. The place was very clean and the you can tell everyone here takes pride and integrity in what they are doing. Thank you!
Mike the general manager was very rude! For that reason I will never go to this location!
The general manager of this place was very rude and unprofessional. Needs to be trained with customer service again. I asked for toasted sandwich, it was cold, asked him to heat it again and it was still cold, cheese was not melted. Nothing about his behavior was decent or polite. I will never go here again. I was going to walk out but the person helping him was OK. People in charge of other people should never act like this.
