My wife ordered two sandwiches. A #1 and a hot pastrami. I went and picked it up and was greeted very friendly. When I got home the hot pastrami was not there so I had to drive back to the store, not thrilled. The worst part of the experience is I did not even get an apology from anyone that works there, poor business practice in my estimation. I’ll drive out of my way next time. Believe me.
Ordered two different sandwiches, got distracted by the second person behind the counter wanting me to pay, this was a mistake because the guy making the sandwiches had made two pastrami melts. I regret not having him make me the correct sandwich and accepting what he made, it was the lowest grade pastrami I've ever had. I'm used to a little fat/gristle with the meat, but this was a lot of fat and gristle attached to some flavorless meat. I only ate half because I was hungry, the other half went in the trash. The staff on 12/31/24 was amazing, the two gentlemen assisting me were incredible. The sandwich incredible, please come here and be prepared to be dazzled! 🤩
