Excellent customer service. Probably the best I've had at a sandwich shop. Very very friendly and personable staff. The sandwiches were great too, but the people really stole the show.

Great food, fresh bread and freshly sliced meats and cheese. Always a favorite of mine when I'm in town.
This is a clean place that is friendly and fast. They don't question you when you want to add some different options. I just ordered a sub online and I wanted some options that I couldn't make the website do. So I called the store and Steve answered the phone and was incredibly friendly and even though he is a manager he offered to build my sub just the way I wanted.
