2025 returned to the worst customer service ever. So disappointed . Very unwelcoming. 2024 Great customer service to monik and Alex at the Sparks NV on North McCarran! Kudos!
Dude that made my food for myself and my family today had this huge afro... Yet no hairnet... So yeah there was hair in my sandwich. The teriyaki Chicken... And it was right in the middle of the sandwich too .... I used to work food service before and first thing I learned was that you put your hair up!!!! Almost didn't want to stay here after this but I went against my better judgement... Lessons learned... Maybe the other shift is on point. Considering I used to work for Port of Subs in '07
