Port of Subs has always been my go to since I was young. My recent visit was a bit disappointing. The food was good and the lobby was clean. The crew was friendly and working hard to make sure that freshest ingredients were available. My disappointment was in the fact that there was virtually no drinks available at the fountain machine. This is the only location I have been to in the Reno/Tahoe area, so I can only compair it to most businesses in the area. This location is excellent. Very clean. Very thorough, very good food.
I ordered online and when I got there, they gave my sandwich to someone else. Didn't get a new sandwich or refund
Was helped promptly. Sandwich was made as I ordered it. Staff was helpful and friendly..
Went to get a medium #13 and the young lady made my sandwich didn’t put enough cheese or meat and the #13 come with pastrami and turkey. They put a lot of lettuce tomato onion. My sandwich basically tasted like a vegetarian sandwich no meat no cheese. I shouldn’t have to order double meat. Every time I order a sandwich from Port Of Subs.
