Went they're about 10 days ago ask for an extra napkin was told they were out of napkins at a sub sandwich place at this location.. then I figured okay I tried again today there was one person working the sandwich counter line was out to the door.. myself and two other people just walked out
I've never eaten here, but am rating 5 stars for the amazing care and compassion of the employees. My elderly mother desperately needed the restroom and was on the verge of tears trying to hold herself, we were so incredibly desperate to get her into a bathroom after Starbucks didn't give a damn. The young man in the front without hesitation let us in and gave us the bathroom key. 2.5 stars so rounded up to 3. Sub rolls was dry....roast beef seemed low quality. Was not impressed. Won't be back.
