Been here a couple times, was shocked to see so many low reviews for very weird things. I only care about the food/service of the place, and its the same as most other fast food places. They don't seem to keep many staff on at the same time, 2-3 at any given point, so there's times where it gets busy and your wait time will go up accordingly. Hey owners - this is for you! Your employees did their best. First time at this location and its a one and done. I waited over an hour for 4 sandwiches. The place was busy and only 2 employees working. It was impossible for them to keep up. How about having enough people on the schedule during lunch time to service your customers properly. One hour wait when I ordered ahead. It was a hot mess!! Blaming poor management , not the employees. $50 for 4 mediocre sandwiches.
What in the Subway is this?! All of a sudden you guys are cutting the deli meat in half?! The last two times I’ve been here, that’s what’s happened. So half of the meat for the same price. Great. More shrinkflation. I’ve been eating Port of Subs since the 90s. Being from Nevada I was so excited that a Port of Subs opened here, I even drove out of my way to Castle Rock just to have it again. So it kind of soured the experience that there were these political signs up. What’s the point of that in a sub shop? Gave me the weirdest vibes. Guess I don’t need to go out of my way again.
