Everyone here is so kind and supportive. It’s been a pleasure getting to know the staff. David is the best counselor anyone could ask for, he’s real, he’s relatable and he sees you for who you are; not what you were. Vickie is such a great teacher as well. She welcomes everyone in with open arms and is the kindest lady you’ll ever meet.
My experience with the port of hope was a great ife changing ,place to be fortunat to have been a part of ! The insight ,and care they give there clients is all one could ask for ,,when I graduated,I felt like I was leaving a place like home that I would always miss. My name is Steven Colyer I was a client at Port of Hope in Nampa Idaho. My clean date is March 17. I did very well in the program. I was in the program for 30 days. I look forward to live clean and sober for all the upcoming days that's ahead of me. To this day I'm still clean and sober. I plan on staying on my path of recovery. I'll still continue going NA meetings. My plan is to get a sponsor and start working the steps of either NA or AA. I'm the love and gratitude that the the staff has for every individual.
