I have lived in Port of Call for almost 8 yrs. I have repeatedly asked the old owners for a new porch or to fix the old one. It was warped in about ready to fall through. I brought this to the new park manager's attention. And Rick and his came out to assess the damage. today I got a brand new porch. And it's beautiful. I believe they are trying really hard to improve the living environment here in this park. I see the improvements but there are still a lot to do. People just need to be patient. I have recently moved in here and the new owner Rick is doing amazing job fixing the place up All the employees are great people to deal with.
The new owners and work crew are handling business. Today, they came through and re-did my kitchen floor, new lights in the kitchen, and sub flooring where the old sub floor was crumbling was replaced as well. I am happy with the results. They at least are trying for us that work hard to pay the rent continuously. Been in my trailer 11 years. I absolutely love to see the positive changes in this trailer park. It's a long road but there's always a rainbow after rain. It's coming together. Good job!
Residential neighborhood
Since the new owners of the park took over in here it's been a blessing! They care about how this park looks and are taking care of people's needs. Maintenance is great! Thanks to Chris, Joe, Dillon, and Rick we have beautiful flooring. They did an excellent job. Thank you Port Of Call management you are all fantastic!
