Very nice and well thought out manufactured housing. Once inside you would never think you were in a manufactured home. Looks nicer than most on-site construction. The exterior is pleasant with fabulous color palettes. Many have covered porches. That is an amazing benefit during inclement weather. If you like your snow cleared as soon as possible when it snows. Sewage backed up. They told me plumber would be out Saturday. I waited around no plumber. Tried getting ahold of the manger of the court. She ignored my messages. Called the plumber myself and they won't be out until Sunday. Very unprofessional of them not to call and tell me.

If you want clean, safe drinking water or clean water to shower in do not move here. The owners are in the process of trying to hook up to city water. But they continue to take there time. They have shut down the water several times this winter without giving us residents any notice. I have had to go to work with shampoo in my hair twice now. And other residents have had frozen pipes this winter because the park is shutting off water in the winter. They refuse to inform anyone that the water will be off a head of time. Only ... read more
