In typical tropical style, mould took over my Queenslander over the wet season. The Port O' Call Cleaning team provided a prompt quote and smashed out the clean up. The team were fast, efficient and lovely. The place looks amazing. Thanks guys!
Above average cost for a bond clean (pretty much the full cost of the bond itself). Poor cleaning service & services that were mentioned in the quote were not done (walls & cupboard cleaning). We were greeted with rudeness & abrupt messages from a ‘supervisor’ (the owners son) when the quality of the work was questioned, even following a guarantee clean it was still not up to a bond clean standard. Would not recommend.
