We called Port Plumbing today because our furnace and hot water tank were not working. Vinnie arrived very quickly, and even though he needed to order a part to fully fix the furnace, he was able to get it working within 30 minutes while we waited for the part to arrive. He was professional, efficient, and very helpful. I would highly recommend Port Plumbing and would absolutely use them again in the future.
Recently had an emergency with a client and their sewer and these guys came in and fixed it up promptly
Waited for them for 4 hours on Friday afternoon. The receptionist confirmed at 1pm. Never showed, never called. Super annoying.
They were very responsive and helpful. They wore boot covers inside which is great. They Showed me how to use the new water heater and throughly explained what they did. I will be calling them in the future for any other plumbing issues I have.
