I had a very disappointing experience with this company. There is no proper parking space available for customers. While I was checking in, a lady came outside and demanded that I move my truck because she wanted to move her car. Instead of speaking politely, she was very rude and disrespectful. She used an insulting tone and made the situation uncomfortable. Good customer service starts with treating people respectfully, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
