The Customer service piece is absolutely awful. trying to figure out how to set up your account online was next to impossible. (page is like a time warp) My Internet went out on a Sunday (today) so of course no one is at work. They have their facebook page listed as customer care and of course there hasn't been an update on here from them since last year and later. Out side of the outage the net worked fairly well for me I was happy with the service until this customer service or lack there of happened.. (Really Huge on Cust... read more

I've had PN for 5 months now and it's been flawless. $50 for 8mbs is clearly more than comcast, but totally worth it to never have to deal with them. Streaming HD is like, maybe you wait for something to buffer for 5 seconds... and it's indescribable from a higher connection speed.

Excellent customer service. I had Comcast and Verizon before, I will never go back as long as I can get Port Network service.
