I am really disappointed with these vets. We have been taking our dog and cat to them for years and have handed over a lot of money to have them look after our animals. My cat needs to be seen and maybe euthanised as a couple of weeks before I brought her in and was given antibiotics after advising Dr Karl that she hasn't eaten for a week, now I want to bring her back and they have not one appointment to help me out. Excellent service and attention, the doctors are so kind and professional
We used to go to Lort Smith - but the difficulty of getting an appointment (as it can take weeks) and then having to wait up to an hour, even with an appointment just made it challenging particularly when there are urgent matters. Then about 5 years ago, we decided to try Port Melbourne Vet and we haven't looked back since then. Thanks to Dr Karl, a cancerous lump was detected very early for our dog, who had to be de-sexed at the ripe old age of 12.
