We moved to Telegraph Cove about 5 years ago and thought I would have to drive hours to get quality dental work done. Our neighbours recommended Dr. Harry at the Port McNeill Dental Clinic and I have been extremely happy with all the dental work I have had done. All the staff are pleasant and do their best to fit you in when you have an emergency like I have had recently. I am on a IV medication Alendronate. This drug adds complications to an extraction. This dentist would have known if he’d read my file . I went to a new dentist this past week and showed me osteonecrosis in my jaw, caused by Raymond Teng removing my tooth when he shouldn’t have.Apparently only a surgeon who takes precautions can prevent this. So amazing!!! We walked in this morning as my son broke a tooth last. Not only did they squeeze us in, we're not even their patient! Dr. Harry Teng made my very nervous 10 yr old feel safe and far less afraid. He and all the staff were great! Thank you so much for everything!
Do not go to this dentist if your on pacific blue cross ! The staff is incompetent and do not know how put in emergency request forms they will set you up for arguments by requesting that you speak up because of the masks and plastic screen in front of our faces then continue to yell at you to calm down after they request you to speak louder so don't forget to whisper when you communicate with the Karen's at the front desk!! better yet go to alert bay or campbell river and you won't get a woke staff gaslighting you and try t... read more
I. Walked into the office with a broken off front crown. Dr Tang said he would help me out with this emergency even though I was not a patient. 3-5 days later through a fi cancellation due to a fire on the first floor, snow and ice I left with a beautiful new appliance that looks so perfect, I am still smiling. Praises to everyone, so kind and professional. Even though so busy in the clinic they still had time to reassure me. THANK YOU A THOUSAND TIMES. Judy durnford
