The booking staff, operations, the actual removalists that picked up and the removalists that delivered my items were all incredibly helpful and friendly. I was kept in the loop with ETA's of when they would arrive to pick up the items, and when they were delivered. I appreciated the care that was given to my items while in transport. I was getting my items delivered to a storage unit, and had some items I wanted to stay out, some I wanted close to the front for easy access because I would be removing them from the unit soon... read more
Outstanding service from this company who moved my mum from kempsey to tuncurry. The guys were so friendly and efficient, they were careful with everything and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot fault them. It was a stressful situation and they were brilliant. Thank you so much.

Arrival of the truck was delayed due to large amounts of water in the fuel purchased on the way up. Despite the late arrival & shortened deadline the guys were polite, efficient & hard working. It was a two storey move to complicate the issue. We had a deadline ourselves so left them to it. Unloading in Port was a pleasant experience. Despite being very tired nothing was a problem. We would thoroughly recommend these Removalists to anyone having a need of this service.
