Called to ask if they have a visitor’s day pass for out of town guest, (many clubs do, AND they came up under a Google search for public pool) they said “no, this is a private club.”

Rented an airbnb here and was super excited for the pool, they even provided us with pool hours. We went down there, and the office lady was immediately extremely rude and didn't want us to go down to the pool. We explained about the airbnb and we had to convince her to even look for our names. When she couldn't find our names, which I assume the host should have provided, she continued to speak impatiently with us and refused to let us in. The old lady at the desk down to the pool was so rude and short with me off the bat, refused to let us enter because our Airbnb paperwork on her side had no names (I'm guessing the host was supposed to provide those) even though I paid for the condo and it says we can use the club and gives us the hours of operations... Super unprofessional and honestly sad...
