They were supposed to rework a load the entire load some of the pallets which were double stacked of dog food. Two of the pallets had ripped product on the bottom I don't know who caused it exactly. The problem is when I get to Costco there are still 10 pallets in the back that are leaning and that needed to be restacked which is what we paid them to do we paid them to do the entire trailer. On top of that there were like eight bags of dog food missing that they didn't say anything about. So this just made matters worse. Tha... read more
