Phoned PLM 10 days ago to discuss having a sensor replaced in our vehicle. Discussed this in detail with Russell who understood exactly what part was required as I had had a diagnostic test of the vehicle. Two days before arriving in Port Lincoln I phoned PLM to confirm the vehicle was good to go for the work which they confirmed. On arrival at 8am and after a short wait they confirmed that the part had not been ordered and they could only apologise for that. This is totally unsatisfactory service.
