Very disappointed when I received my invoice for a service on my BT50.. was only due for oil & oil filter but got charged an additional $140 for .8 hrs @ $164/hr above the capped price for the removal of aftermarket underbody protection when the original bash plate has the same amount of bolts to remove when changing the oil filter.. I'm travelling at the moment and have had 3 other services at different locations and never heard of such rubbish.. Traveling around Australia and started getting rumbling noises like the wheel bearings were failing. Called them up and they said pop around in the afternoon and we will have a look. Ended up being something minor and they sorted us out there and then and didn't even charge us. Top notch customer service. Thank you.
