Called 3 time and then walked in to see if they could help over the Christmas break. I was greeted with if I didn’t return your calls that means I can’t help you! Thanks for good old customer service.
On our 5000km holiday we had a massive overheating issue in the middle of nowhere on our V6 Ranger. We got towed to Port Lincoln Ford and the team went above and beyond to get us sorted and back on the road despite being insanely busy! Couldn't recommend them enough, thankyou for saving our holiday.

Very unhelpful, we were travelling through Port Lincoln and we had an alert come up on our dash and they told us to go to the local mechanic. The local mechanic was absolutely flat out and had shut early for Christmas, yet he stilled helped us out and didn't charge us so I through him some money for being so helpful. Legend. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS FORD DEALER!!
