When I called, they came right out to do the job. The problem is that they forget about you after the work is done. I have a policy that will pay for the work, but I can't get a response from the company. I have been trying for a solid week now and the insurance company has been trying to get hold of them, but they are not answering my emails and the phone number takes me to a voice mail. Port Lavaca Plumbing was great. They fixed my plumbing after a foundation repair. There are a few more things I will hire them to do.
We only use Marcus and his crew for all of our plumbing needs at our hunting and fishing lodge. They communicate; take care of business; do quality work and complete the job with very little footprint. From gas lines replacement (cleaning up other peoples messes) all the way down to leaks in the kitchen, they get the job done right the first time.
Very friendly employees that work quickly to get the job done! They showed up not long after we made the call that we needed help. They unplugged our lines and got us back in working order in a very short time. I will continue to do business with them for our plumbing needs.
