After years of doing business here I’m sorry to say it has come to an end. The Customer service is terrible & service is terrible. I currently have 15 vehicles that I bring there to get worked on between ford and dodge dealerships. I have bought multiple vehicles there (10) in last 10 years. Ram/dodge/crysler/jeep service manager refused to fix my jeep due he could only get starter to act up one time. That should be enough! Customer service is horrible! Dealership doesn't honor it's word! Service department has their hands tied in what they can do or management doesn't care.
