Great programs and instructors. A fantastic workout and discipline. Highly recommend
I like the karate classes, doing different combinations on the pads, and sparing techniques like the outsides blocks to a punch. It definitely improves your confidence outside of karate as well
My son has been enrolled for a little over a month with Sensei Julian and he could not be happier. My son looks forward to his classes every week. Sensei Julian’s approach to teaching is attentive and always adapting the instruction to my son’s needs, always fostering ongoing development. I highly recommend this place!
