Staff was lovely atmosphere friendly but was so disappointed with my puppies groom, asked for full groom,Teddy face ! I comb my baby often and expected in a full groom hair between paws grooms, not done! She has bald spots and different lengths, ? Was her anal glands done i was not informed, i have taken pictures! Her nails are weird lengths,she keeps licking them?So upset I just wanted my baby looked after, and she said she whinge alot while in cage!!! Our baby is crate sleeper and has never whinged!!

Friendly and caring staff team
My 16 week old puppy got stung by a bee at around 6pm. I called these guys firstly and said this and they said, “ go to Baldivis because we close at 7pm.” We thought fair enough and were on our way. Our puppy had already vomited multiple times and when we were in the car her face started to swell and get hives really bad. We called them again to check if they could just see her and maybe give her treatment as they had not closed yet.
