This should have read Port Kennedy Medical centre NOT Podiatry! Had an appointment with Dr Richard Choong this morning, I have never felt so angry, he was totally arrogant no bedside manner at all, sat there smirking almost laughing at me. I’m guessing it was because I had said I had seen a doctor at another practice for my thyroid.. A very rude man, a patient should not be made to feel like an idiot when seeing a doctor. I had been going to this practice for many years.. he will no longer get my money!

Very disappointing and a waist of time, the podiatrist was rude and un -cooperative. Refused to examine or treat me and claimed that I did not have a plan and she wouldn't get paid. She also claimed that I hadn't been there since 2018, this is incorrect, she has clearly lost my records. I offered to pay full price, she still refused to see me claiming that I need a plan and to see a nurse. Partner and son had an app with Dr Richard Choong. Avoid at all costs he was rude and arrogant and made my partner and son very uncomfortable. Horrible experience
