I had a total knee replacement and have been receiving PT for several weeks now. Nicole has been my therapist most of the time. She is amazing. She asks how you are feeling when you first arrive and observes you as you're walking into the treatment room to assess your gait/level of functioning. She listens to what you tell her, is patient, kind, observant. If I'm having a bad day, she knows just how far to push you.
