satisified customer the tec's there are the best around. i had my vehicle to various shops all over the area to fix an electric problem and no one could fix it. port jervis tire had it fixed in an hour. i also bought my tires there and they beat walmart's prices. wow!!!! i would recommend those guys to anyone.
Not the first clue about customer service or quality tires! We bought brand new tires all around. First they mounted them improperly and we had to have them all redone. Then they overtightened one of the wheels to the point where THEY couldn't get the tire off. Now the 2 tires on the driver side have huge bulges after about 25,000 miles. They could have killed us if the mechanics at the oil change place hadn't spotted them. Thre was no rub marks, no way we damaged them, they're just as defective as this place is!
