It saddens me to write this review. Al did excellent conscientious work installing our generator. I always had cordial dealings with him, but the staff in his office (someone called Jeanette, in particular) are appallingly rude and unprofessional. Port Jervis electric are certainly expensive, but their work is good. What one does not expect is the shockingly poor behaviour of the office. Classic example of a good business let down by untrained substandard employees.

It has been taking contractors a longer time to get parts, so the start date was pushed, but once everything was ordered and received, Allen started the work with his crew. They cared about what I needed and were willing to adjust, offer suggestions, and share concerns with my original requests once work started. I feel I get a fair deal and mattered to this company. Thank you.
