Came in with an ear problem Dr. Semenova seemed afraid to touch me. Never looked in my ears, throat, nose asked if my neck hurt. Gave me a nasal spray and 5 day antibiotic. 5 days later had to take my mom in so asked if i could speak with md. I had to make an appt.! Another fee, she looked into my ear prescribed a 100$ ear drop and another antibiotic. At the pharmacy after finding the price I called the office a weds. to find no md there all day. What? The low rating is for the inefficiency of the front desk and extreme waiting room time. The doctor is a good one, but dealing with the front desk woman is terrible. One wait time was 2 hours, had to leave without being seen. Also, I was waiting for a prescription to be filled but the pharmacy informed me that they didn't receive any order. Called the office to learn that the doctor told the front desk to call in the prescription but there wasn't a pharmacy listed in my chart. She's nice when you meet her that's the best I can say about her..if she was a nasty person she would be the WORST doctor ever..I asked for simple bloodworm to do she didn't do it for me..I kept calling the office to speak to her about my health and she never called back..I needed a specific medication that is serious for me to have and I told her I couldn't get an appointment for months so she put my health is in jeopardy..if you want to stay healthy,stay away from HER.......IT SO SIMPLE ALLS SHE COULD OF DOME WAS PRESCRIBE... read more
