Taking the Tai Chi class in the Salt Cave was amazing! A beautiful serene atmosphere & that's how you feel after the class. I recommend it.
Marcy is a pleasure. The energy speaks for itself as soon as you walk in. The guided mediation was incredible, not to mention I have had no relief from sinus pressure until after I had my session in the salt cave. Sending love and light-thank you!!
