RecommendedI see Dr. Bhalla, I like her so far. I seen my last Doctor for 5 years so, it's taking time to get use to a new one. But, she is taking time to listen and address every concern. I also, have not gotten a ton of new medicines which I like too. She explains things well too. The staff have also been friendly and helpful to my experience. The only complaint is I have not got to meet the therapy dog Max yet.
Called office Oct 1 to become new patient left message on prompt 2 new patient was never ever contacted, i called several other days being told you would be called back this day that day, dr canto not taking new patients that dr bwalla was only one an you can get right into her, it will be 2 weeks monday, today i call again as i was upset that this taking so long an was treated like trash, i asked for Madge to call me tomorrow then i get call back couple hours later from Mary which is Madge the office manager minion and Mary... read more
