Not very customer friendly. First of all, they are very hard to get a hold of. They never seem to answer the phone and are very slow to return calls. Their office close at 430 and they are not open on weekends. To make things worse, this day and age they do not accept ANY credit card payments, which slows down the service because we had to mail in our payment (since we work and we cant get to their office before 430) in personal check prior to the service.
