I was on the 401 with a dog growing sicker and sicker by the minute. I pulled up outside their office and they helped get her out of the car and treated her immediately. They were kind and professional during a terrifying time.
When our cat suddenly passed out they were there (24 hrs.) Very caring.
Was so happy with the staff and service that I started using them as my regular vet and now have been going for years. Always very helpful. When we lost 3 of our beloved family pets in a house fire, they went above and beyond to care for our surviving cats, and taking care of our pets who had passed on, treating them with care and making all the cremation arrangements so that I didn’t have to. Amazing people. 🩷
The staff is always understanding and kind. It’s always worth the wait! And, prices are always reasonable :)
