Really happy with my appointment, ended up the car had just run out of fuel due to a faulty gauge. Would book again :)
This guy is a proper legend. After no one in town except one very expensive mechanic would look at my vw golf (they quoted $1600 to dismantle the intake system and diagnose the problem) he offered to try and get me out of trouble. At a fraction of the cost. Turns out I managed to find a disconnected vacuum hose WITHOUT having to dismantle the engine and the problem was fixed immediately for nothing. We had our van services elsewhere and the next day our alternator died, Matt came out to see us within an hour of calling and was able to diagnose our problem almost immediately, he told us where to go to order the part and once it came in was able to see us right away and had it fitted within half an hour. We couldn’t recommend him more highly and if we’re ever back in Port Hedland we wouldn’t ever see anyone else!
