Absolutely pathetic, came in to the centre for a Holter monitor after going to the hospital emergency, the nurse said she will have the results in a couple of days. I called up a few days later, get a response, "the nurse will get back to you shortly", I called a few days later again "oh sorry the nurse is away and won't be back for another 5 days", Can I see the doctor? "oh sorry she is booked until 6 days from now". Can I get my result over the phone? "oh sorry you need an appointment with the doctor and she has no availab... read more
Excellent service always on time or even early has very friendly and welcolming staff and covers everything you could need Doctors, Physiotherapy, OH and S, blood work all in the same place, outstanding
They dont have any female staff when doing medicals...... i had to repeat myself 18x
