I had been a client of this business for more than 4 years. As a result I have waited 2 weeks before posting this feedback. Its clear that after the ownership change (and me giving it a go 3 plus times making allowances for teething problems) that service provision and service recovery are not part of the current owners business strategy. They do not take on feedback, when making mistakes (which we all do). There is no attempt to provide service recovery. Suggestions are taken with a defensive almost aggressive stance. Terrible, I went to this salon after it was recommended, however Sammy completely ruined my hair! I came to this salon with 3 months regrowth from foils and asked her to do my regrowth, she talked me out of that and ended up doing a scalp bleach which she did not apply virgin application (you apply bleach differently, if the regrowth is too long to avoid heat bands) so I was left with 3 different heat bands, snapped off hair, so gold it couldn’t even be toned because it was not light enough.
