Iv been getting parcels delivered at my address for a few years service used to be good with Tom but ever since , the newer driver is rude threatened me and said il never deliver a parcel here again il be putting a card in your letter box . Im home everyday no excuse i also have video evidence of him not even getting out of his van to attempt delivery . The absolute worst customer service I've ever had. I was made to wait over 1 hour and a half for a lost parcel without any updates from staff and they still could not find it absolute time wasters.
