Super nice staff. Very knowledgeable!
I can't believe all the negative reviews! Surely they are NOT for the Nags Head location?! I get it, it's mental health, and maybe you're anxious and cranky, but I have ONLY had excellent experiences there! The office receptionist is a delight and very efficient and capable. The PA listens and is endlessly helpful. My therapist is, quite literally, a gift from God. I don't know what I would do without PORT Health, Nags Head.

Another patient arrived late for their appointment while I was in the waiting room - the patient was upset and expressed that getting off work was nearly impossible for their appointments, but they were still turned away because they were a few minutes late. Front desk staff openly mocked the patient in front of me after they left. The lack of empathy in this place is astonishing.
