I have purchased three boats from Port Harbor Marine over the years dating back to 1996. The first boat from South Portland and the last two from the Rockport team! Recently, my 2016 Boston Whaler required a new alternator. Once the issue was identified Mark and the team set up an appointment to have a technician come to my house the next day. Well worked on my boat four weeks still not don ,paid 1000 still not working called them never called back took it to a different place worked on it two hours found all shrews loose in carburetor’s , missing bolts do not use rockport me sight

I needed a small, inexpensive part. They were very helpful to find what I needed and placed the order. When the part arrived, yheu promptly called. Upon pick up, wanted to make sure the part fit. Great customer service for a $24 transaction.
