Called to ask if they had a boat part. They did, and set it aside for us so we were able to pick it up later in the day. Very friendly and helpful staff.
We rented an 11 person pontoon boat for use on Branch Pond for 4 days at the end of July (peak season). The rental was secured on line several months ago. We took the required safety courses and were excited to pick up the boat for fun! Jim delivered the boat on time to the boat launch and did a good walk through of the features and “how tos.” We were familiar with the lake, but not boating.
