Pricing seems to be based on the day and vary between visits. Was randomly charged extra for a fill to repair a broken nail? Was not notified of this additional charge until after. Charges children for pedicures instead of polish change as advertised. Really no consistency in how they bill for their services lately.

Talk about Rough! Not a very good experience! More worried about what was coming in the door than looking at what she was doing ! Pedicure nightmare :( painful and mis- shaped toe nails , will not return !

Great experience at Port Elgin Nails. The salon was clean, and they took their time with my shellac manicure. While I would have appreciated a longer or more thorough hand massage, I’m very satisfied with how my nails turned out—which was the most important part. It’s been 9 days so far, and my shellac manicure is still going strong with no chipping. My mom was getting a pedicure while I wasn’t, but since the salon wasn’t busy, they kindly let me sit with her and use the massage chair. That small gesture made the visit even ... read more

I just had a great pedicure with Ivy! She did an amazing job again! She even put a little extra decor on my big toenail as asked, with very little input and no picture. She’s awesome!
