I was looking for a very specific truck and Port Elgin Chrysler had 1 of 5 available across Canada!! I chose to go with them because of my experience with Kevin Charland! From his first email response I knew he wasn’t just selling me a truck…he was truly invested in the process!! I picked up my 3500 today and couldn’t be happier! Thank you Kevin and Liz for making this the BEST experience!
Car key decided to pack up on me just before I flew to UK The lovely lady on the front desk was really friendly and efficient and understanding that I wouldn’t be there to collect for 3 weeks.
Customer service is top-notch, They explain in detail services done on your vehicle, very friendly people.
I have only used their service department but the advisors have been great to deal with.
