Kelly and his amazing staff are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful while service is quick.
Purchased a used car from this dealership in Sept 2025 for my daughter. Very positive experience with the sales rep. The car needed new brakes and tires all around to pass its safety inspection which the dealer took care of. The service department was also helpful to give me the service history on the vehicle too. So far the vehicle has been very good to us and no major problems, just regular maintenance. I would go back to this dealership if I needed another car.
Terrible experience with this Kia dealer! We took my wife’s car in there 4 times for them to figure out why the drivers seat was not working, they had the car for the entire day all 4 times for them to come back at the end and tell us it’s a broken wire. If anyone within the service department had even looked underneath the seat you can clearly see what the issue was.. That was a complete waste of time and money for us. Then we were quoted $600 to replace the wire harness. I called the manager Kelly to figure out how that go... read more
