I’ve had two jobs done by the team at Port Douglas Windows and Glass, and I couldn't be happier. They handled a mirror replacement for my wardrobe and just recently a new exterior sliding glass door. Both times, they were fast, professional, and easy to work with. I only had to call once to raise the job and the rest was taken care of with the staff. No back and forth and no follow-ups. Terrible customer service and overpriced. Not interested in helping a customer unless it’s a larger job. Edit: in response to your reply… the market price has another local glazier who quoted and supplied to me for $15, so you are in fact well overpriced. The poor customer service comes from your sheer arrogance and the way you spoke to a prospective customer.
