Incompetent, period, shop elsewhere
Chris and the team, went above and beyond to help me with a previous issue. As a result I purchased a new boat package through Port Douglas Marine. The whole process was great and the service provided was excellent. I have zero hesitation recommending PD marine for any boating needs, they really are professional and provide the after sales service to back it up!
