Friendly staff and very helpful. Needed my puncture fixed asap and they where great,all done without any issues Highly recommend.
Was on holiday in port Douglas called the day before was told they could quickly scan tool my car to check why the engine light had come on. Upon arrival the next morning the front desk lady was very rude and we were told it would take the entire day to check what code it was. Just abit disappointing seeing as it’s a simple 5-10min job.
I recommend this car garage. They accepted me even though they were overbooked. Which was very, very appreciated because they solved my problem. I was able to leave with peace of mind. The reception staff are extremely kind. Thanks again for everything. Marc the frenchi
Fantastic service, fair price and a honest detailed report for my LCruiser 200
had a breakdown over the weekend while visiting port from cairns. the mechanic was super nice and helpful and checked over the engine and ran the error codes for us so we knew what was wrong. managed to make it home to cairns (just) and get it sorted. thank you very much for your help. you didn’t have to do that for us but we really appreciate it. thank you again.
